Brad is a member of the Firm's Water Practice Group. He practices in the areas of water law, natural resources, environmental permitting, and construction litigation. He represents clients on a variety of issues, including water supply planning, water quality management, and environmental defense. Brad is a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas and has established qualifications as a mediator. Prior to joining Lloyd Gosselink, Brad practiced engineering, assisting clients in the planning, design, and construction of water, wastewater, and other municipal projects. Brad is the Past President of WEAT. Brad was the 2005 recipient of the Texas AWWA Service Award, the 2009 WEAT Outstanding Service Award, and the 2010 Water Environment Federation Bedell Award, all in recognition of his service to the water and wastewater industry.
Brad was born in Colorado Springs, Colorado in 1970 and obtained a B.S. in Civil Engineering with highest honors from the University of Texas at Austin in 1993, and a J.D. and his Graduate Portfolio in Dispute Resolution from the University of Texas School of Law in 2002. Brad served as the student Managing Editor for the Texas Environmental Law Journal while in law school, and recently served as an adjunct Professor of Water Law at Texas Tech University School of Law.

- Representative projects include permitting of reservoirs and water reuse projects, permitting for wastewater treatment and disposal facilities, stormwater permitting, Clean Water Act § 404 permit matters, environmental compliance, and environmental litigation and defense.
