Jason is a member of the Firm’s Water Practice Group where he provides counsel to clients on issues relating to water resources management, water rights, water utilities, and other water supply planning issues. Jason also provides general counsel services to groundwater conservation districts and other political subdivisions across the state. He also represents clients in Texas courts, before State agencies, and at the State Office of Administrative Hearings on issues involving water law and environmental law. Before joining Lloyd Gosselink, Jason served as a legislative assistant to Texas State Senator Robert L. Duncan on agricultural, water, and other natural resource and environmental issues.

- Represents clients in contested case hearings before State Office of Administrative Hearings
- Represents clients in enforcement actions involving state agency and political subdivision regulatory authorities
- Assists groundwater conservation district clients with development of rules and management plans
- Represents clients in water service area / CCN disputes before the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality
- Represents clients in efforts to secure groundwater permits and surface water rights from permitting authority
- Counsels clients on water rights and water permitting issues raised in real property transactions
