Districts

In keeping with our focus on water resource policy and planning, we have developed our Districts Practice Group that specializes in the creation and operation of conservation and reclamation districts, including water control and improvement districts, municipal utility districts and other special law districts.  The purpose of these districts is to facilitate the planning, financing and construction of water, wastewater and drainage infrastructure throughout the state of Texas.  Attorneys in the Districts Practice Group provide expertise in:
