State and federal courthouses affected by Hurricane Harvey are officially closed

Clients and colleagues, if you do not have access to your email we want to inform you that state and federal courthouses affected by Hurricane Harvey are officially closed. The Texas Supreme Court and Texas Court of Criminal Appeals have issued an order directing all state courts to consider disaster-caused delays as good cause for modifying or suspending all deadlines or procedures, and the Eastern District of Texas and Southern District of Texas have issued similar orders.
