Michelle is a member of Lloyd Gosselink’s Employment Law Practice Group.  Her practice focuses on advising employers in all aspects of employment law, auditing employment policies and practices for legal compliance, conducting workplace investigations, and defending employers against claims when necessary.  With over 7 years in human resource experience prior to law school—having ultimately worked as Director of Human Resources for a multi-state private employer—Michelle brings a unique perspective in solving the specialized needs of her clients.  While Michelle strives to solve workplace concerns before they become legal issues, she is willing to fight for employers when necessary.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, her two dogs, and cat.
