Mary Martha is a member of the Firm’s Water Practice Group where she assists clients with issues pertaining to water quality, permitting, enforcement, regulatory compliance, and litigation.

Prior to joining Lloyd Gosselink, Mary Martha practiced law for over eight years in the public sector, primarily at the Texas State Board of Pharmacy. During her tenure there, she obtained a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of administrative law and government agency processes and represented the Board in enforcement actions and in contested case hearings before the State Office of Administrative Hearings.

Mary Martha was born in Louisiana but moved to Texas as fast as she could. She resides in Austin with her husband, their four-year-old son, and their two four-legged children. In her free time, Mary Martha enjoys camping, going to the lake, and CrossFit.
