Samantha is a member of the Water, Districts, Business Services, and Energy and Utility Practice Groups. She assists clients with matters relating to certificates of convenience and necessity, water supply, water quality, and water rights in addition to providing general counsel services.

Samantha received her B.S. in Resource and Environmental Studies from Texas State University. During law school, she was a Research Fellow at the Texas Tech Center for Water Law & Policy and clerked at the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department. She was also President of the Environmental Law Society.
