Sheila Gladstone presents “Hot Topics in Employment Law” at the Austin Bar Administrative Law Section

Sheila Gladstone will be presenting at the Austin Bar Administrative Law Section CLE Luncheon this Wednesday, October 17.

She will be discussing “Hot Topics in Employment Law,” including paid sick leave, the effect of the #MeToo era on workplaces and EEOC charges, the rise in psychiatric disability claims, and some recent case law of interest in the employment law arena.

Sheila is the head of our Employment Law Practice Group. Her practice focuses on counseling a multitude of employers, including municipalities, special districts, and other local governments, through the employment litigation process in both state and federal administrative proceedings. She also provides counsel on the legal issues and strategic decisions involved in personnel decisions; drafting, reviewing and implementing policies; conducting management training; and investigating and negotiating employee complaint and demands.
