Sarah W. Collins
Sarah is the newest member of the Firm’s Water Practice Group and Compliance and Enforcement Practice Group. She assists clients with matters involving water resource management and development, water quality permitting, regulatory compliance, enforcement, and endangered species.
Prior to joining the Firm, Sarah worked for a national law firm in Washington, D.C. and Austin. Sarah’s prior experience includes counseling proponents of major infrastructure projects both within and outside of Texas, representing a national renewable energy and electric utility industry coalition, and advising state and local governmental entities on federal wildlife and related natural resources issues.
Sarah received her bachelor’s degree from the College of William & Mary and her doctor of jurisprudence from the University of Texas School of Law.
